After the Lingfield third, Harry casts a wistful eye on the "Winner" slot, but John's Gem casts a wistful eye on the direction of the horseboxes
John's Gem after the Lingfield race - aware that the fuss means he has done something good, but yet to work out exactly what it is.
Not a great picture due to the odd, apocalyptic light (or, in English, rubbish photographer), but this is neat the line, and shows how close John's Gem was at the end. Lingfield, Jan12
